Because of her promise to Doctor Sullivan she went from a barely passing student to an AP student. She soon developed a perfectionist attitude about life, which can drive others around her nuts, but they appreciate it in her work. The fact that she has not had the tattoo remove showed that in her heart she was still wild. Extremely shy she has few friends, but is intensely loyal to those who befriend her. Socially awkward her real talent lies in her Engineering abilities and her constant thirst and memory of knowledge, no matter how obscure.

Background:
At 14 years of age she, like most girls her age, went through a time of complete rebellion. During this time she befriended a boy named Trevor. With the help of the psychotic effects of LSD he went on a violent rampage killing 5 people at their high school including himself. Feeling that she should have known she fell into chronic depression.

Her second attempt at suicide landed her in the hospital. The attending physician, Dr. Richard Sullivan, was the father of one of the murdered boys. He soon befriended her and asked her to carry on the memory of his son who was a prized science student. Taking up the challenge she transferred to a new high school, changed her name to Brooke, and graduated Salutatorian deciding on San Jose Technical University, a prized Engineering school majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality.

Daniel Ostrowski, one of her assistant professors, was working on an artificial intelligence project with her. Asked one time to work on his computer she quickly pulled up the wrong file. The file was the true reasons behind the project which included detailed information on his employer, a group going by the name of Chrysalis. Before she could close it, Daniel had discovered her knowledge and took drastic means.
